Celebrating Our Four-Year Fuel Subsidy!

Let’s all take a moment to celebrate a major community milestone: the four-year anniversary of our condo’s exclusive, crowdsourced fuel subsidy for an individual! I’ve brought this brilliant initiative to the board’s attention repeatedly—including at the annual meeting—but their steadfast dedication to protecting this bespoke, zero-cost amenity for one of our highest-end units is truly inspiring. The car is still happily plugged in today!
It warms the heart to know our collective monthly dues are hard at work keeping a luxury SUV fully juiced. Sadly, the rest of us are completely excluded from this VIP program since there are no accessible outlets for our own cars. But let's be honest: most of us are probably just burdened with an outdated affliction called "integrity" that prevents us from creatively adopting community utilities as our own.
Kudos to the board for their unwavering commitment to looking the other way for nearly half a decade!
