ADA inaccessible sidewalk

This is an absolute ADA inaccessible sidewalk. We have filed numerous Dallas 311s as we cannot walk by. Nothing is being done about it. What's interesting is a major, major hotel is almost complete right across the street. What will happen then?

A Heartfelt Thanks for Our "Adopt-a-Luxury-EV" Program!

’d like to applaud the board’s generous new philanthropic initiative! For four years, our dues have funded complimentary electricity for exactly two residents. Naturally, this bespoke amenity is reserved solely for the largest, highest-end units. After all, folks with the most expensive condos clearly need our financial support to fuel their cars. Other electric cars sit uncharged since there are no outlets for the rest of us. I prefer to view this not as "power theft," but as "forced community charity." When I praised this at our meeting, the board gracefully ignored two brilliant features: 1. The Phantom Tax: These cords stay plugged in 24/7, pulling a constant 40-watt draw. We all happily pay to keep their cables warm! 2. The Spicy Water Feature: During the garage flood, active chargers heroically dangled over standing water. Who doesn't love the thrill of potential electrocution? The board’s commitment to this staggering inequity is inspiring!

Griggs Park new Audio/Video Solutions

Apparently, Griggs Park is now a free outdoor living room. People are fully setting up TVs and speakers, and just plugging them directly into the electrical outlets right in front of the bordering condominiums.

Celebrating Our Four-Year Fuel Subsidy!

Let’s all take a moment to celebrate a major community milestone: the four-year anniversary of our condo’s exclusive, crowdsourced fuel subsidy for an individual! I’ve brought this brilliant initiative to the board’s attention repeatedly—including at the annual meeting—but their steadfast dedication to protecting this bespoke, zero-cost amenity for one of our highest-end units is truly inspiring. The car is still happily plugged in today! It warms the heart to know our collective monthly dues are hard at work keeping a luxury SUV fully juiced. Sadly, the rest of us are completely excluded from this VIP program since there are no accessible outlets for our own cars. But let's be honest: most of us are probably just burdened with an outdated affliction called "integrity" that prevents us from creatively adopting community utilities as our own. Kudos to the board for their unwavering commitment to looking the other way for nearly half a decade!
