Child Safety Standards
Effective date: July 15, 2026
DonzHit LLC ("DonzHit," "we," "us," or "our") operates the DonzHit.me website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), a community observation platform for documenting and sharing observations of traffic and road-safety incidents. These Child Safety Standards describe our standards and practices for preventing, detecting, and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") on the Service, consistent with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.
Zero tolerance. DonzHit has a strict zero-tolerance standard for CSAE and CSAM. Such content and conduct are absolutely prohibited on the Service. We remove it, disable the responsible accounts, preserve relevant records, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant regional and national authorities as required by law.
1. Prohibited Conduct and Content
The following are strictly prohibited on the Service and constitute grounds for immediate content removal, account termination, and reporting to authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, or other depiction of the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a minor;
- Content that sexualizes a minor, or text, commentary, or media that solicits, promotes, normalizes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of a minor;
- Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to establish contact with a minor for a sexual or exploitative purpose;
- Child trafficking, or the advertisement, solicitation, or facilitation of it;
- Any other conduct or content that endangers a child or violates applicable child-protection law.
2. Minimum Age & Not Directed to Children
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly permit users under 13 to create accounts or submit content. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will remove the account and associated data. Account creation requires sign-in with a Google account, subject to Google's own age requirements.
3. Prevention & Detection
We combine automated and human review to keep prohibited content off the Service:
- Pre-publication moderation. Incident Reports are reviewed before they become publicly visible. Submitted media is first analyzed by an on-premises AI vision model to screen for content that violates our guidelines, and content is routed to a human review queue as appropriate.
- Human review. Trained reviewers assess flagged and queued content and take action on anything that violates these Standards.
- User reporting. Every user can report content or accounts (see Section 4), and we act on those reports.
- Account controls. Users can block other users to stop unwanted contact, and blocked users' content is hidden from them.
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns (In-App & By Email)
The Service provides multiple ways for anyone to report child safety concerns, including suspected CSAE or CSAM:
- In-app reporting. Use the report/flag control available on Incident Reports, Street Talk posts, and comments to flag content for moderator review. You may select a reason and add an optional note.
- Block. Use the block control on a user to immediately stop contact and hide their content from you.
- By email. Report suspected CSAE or CSAM directly to our child safety point of contact at support@donzhit.com. Please include enough detail to locate the content (such as a link or description).
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States, suspected child sexual exploitation can also be reported directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
5. Our Response
When we identify or receive a credible report of CSAE or CSAM, we act promptly to:
- Remove the content from the Service;
- Disable or terminate the responsible account(s) and take steps to prevent re-registration;
- Preserve the relevant content and associated records as required by law; and
- Report the matter to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement and other competent authorities.
6. Compliance with Law & Reporting to Authorities
DonzHit complies with all applicable child safety laws. Consistent with U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), we report apparent CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline, which coordinates with domestic and international law enforcement. Where required, we also report to the relevant regional and national authorities in the jurisdictions in which our users are located. We respond to valid legal process and cooperate with investigations into child exploitation.
7. Child Safety Point of Contact
DonzHit maintains a designated point of contact who is able to speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance:
DonzHit LLC
Texas, United States
Child safety contact: support@donzhit.com
8. Updates
We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
