DonzHit LLC ("DonzHit," "we," "us," or "our") operates the DonzHit.me website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the Service: storing and displaying approved reports, enabling reactions and comments, and providing location-based filtering.
• To moderate content: reviewing submitted reports before they are made publicly visible.
• To host video content: approved video reports may be uploaded to YouTube (unlisted) for reliable streaming.
• To improve the Service: analyzing usage patterns and crash data to fix bugs and add features.
• To authenticate users: verifying identity via Google Sign-In to enable report submission and engagement features.

3. Information We Share

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• Publicly visible content: Approved reports (including submitted media, location, and report details) are visible to all users of the Service. Your Google display name may be associated with your reactions and comments.
• Service providers: We use Google Cloud (storage, database), YouTube (video hosting), Google Maps (location display), and Firebase (analytics, app distribution) to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DonzHit LLC, our users, or the public.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure located in the United States (us-central1 region). We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and submitted content for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8). We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@donzhit.me. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify users within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
